Poor Kenshin but it's for his own good. I remember reading in some accounts (though unconfirmed, only theories) that his heavy drinking habits heavily contributed to his death.

Edit: Yeah i did some research but his most heavily agreed upon cause of death was esophageal cancer, and guess what causes that? Yes it's heavy drinking of alcohol.

Also it's a miracle seeing the Sanada working for the Oda in this timeline.

Ive started this manga around 2 months ago and didnt read any comments unitl now, so I dont know if this was already discussed before. Regarding the first episodes/arcs were agriculture was still the main focus, the memories of Shizuko´s grandfather being fundational to how she gain Nobunaga´s trust, and the futher reveal of Shizukos uncle being a man from the the past. Someone else feel that the final plot twits is gonnabe that Nobunaga is Shizuko's grandfather from the future?.

Like, if I remeber correctly, the real Oda Nobunaga died after being betrayed while they were in a burning temple, but the body wasnt found after the fire so my guess in the manga he will survive and be trasnported to regular japan some decades before shizukos birth and do wath he learn form her to gain his wealth in the present era.

The idea has beauty, but the practice, well... actually when you look at certain things, they didn't change much... asshole still think they are better than everyone else who wasn't born privileged, anyone with skills beyond a very specific set but still being very much needed, is treated like inferior so that they don't get wise to how important they truly are, and they monopolise resources with justifications like "you don't have it because you didn't work hard".

That... is actually an interesting idea, one that I don't think was ever said, but despite having read a lot of the comment sections on this manga... I can't say I know everything people have said.

ohh I really like that, considering what Shizuko tell her of her present if he does goes to the future no wonder he would try to have that kind of life, seeing Japan unifed, he just living his best with plants, hunting and trying to get as many possible fields to get more and more information, since it's been show his curiosity is so big
