I'm going to have to re-read this series to remind myself of Shizuko's "starting qualities". I remember her being an ag/history buff, so she'd have dabbled in a bit of everything, and I would think that knowledge of illness is more common in modern times, so I guess all this makes sense?

Also, I need to remind myself how many years it's been since Shizuko time slipped. Isn't she in her early 20's? If that's the case, a marriage arc feels imminent.

I don't think that it's because she hasn't done enough but rather she's done way too much. Much like his lord, he doesn't really get how this knowledge comes to her because to him, she's supposed to be born of this world. He doesn't know how this girl that came out of no where to have such otherworldly knowledge that it's too suspicious.

The supplies and logistics get by him because it took time and yielded results. This time, it's the dreadful sickness nobody but her have cured. Well, sort of cured.

IIRC, her phone actually still works with a manual charger and uses an offline encyclopedia app for random bits of her knowledge. Besides her being taught by her grandad and sister about almost everything including using a spear that almost sounded like they knew she will need it.

Or maybe that was from another isekai/timeslip manga. These can all easily overlap with each other in my head.
