He was transported into the future? if I was right. The goddess is suppose to be his enemy in the old world and when he get transported into the new world the woman that were his enemy is being treated as a "goddess" in that world.

I wonder what the Author thinking.

From the plot and what I see.
MC an amateur swordsman who is only overpowered at his spells (including control flying swords)
Without his spell, he can't even kill 1 swordsman.
Nale as well, she defeated that man in an instant before and now she and MC are both helpless before him.

Most important, MC is TRUELY an amateur with how to deal with the situation.
After stabbing his enemy, he chooses to waste time standing there press F pay respects for his enemy instead of searching for the lolies (for real?)
then walks away turning his back to his enemy.
Just thinking if this weapon is a blood-thirsty living weapon that can control the host to kill people like Muramasa.

In real life, after polices "disabling" a criminal.
Because the polices don't know if the criminal is alive or not, the first thing they do is kick the gun/weapon away from the criminal.

His carelessness is 1 more time killing 2 lolies if there aren't two Heroic soldiers who die protecting them.

TL;DR:
The story makes no sense.
The MC is a good man but he is also a hypocrite.
Can't say I like him.

@fahrurx The LN and manga have already deviated from the WN. The WN has alot less drama and this fight didn't happen at all. I'm not sure what the aim of the changes are and what will happen; however, in the WN the lord put out a fake arrest warrent and Ardis + co just ran away.

@Loli_Omamoritai I also agree with you. What happened in this part of the manga (and thus LN) is incredibly confusing and feels almost modified to create drama. The WN had a much more realistic approach, though it lacks "flavor" I guess. I think the editor/publishers are modifying the story to fit a specific story archetype and thus audience so that it will "sell".
