True. But if an author choose to make his story this long without the main couple being together, I prefer if they are oblivious of their feelings or if they don't like each other that much at first. That way, it feels like the story really moves forward when we reach the confession. In a manga like this one, I think 30 chapters is enough for the main couple to be together. But you are right. I heard that mangas like Amano Megumi wa Suki Darake have very low progress. I dont have that much patience.
