Welcome to Japanese education system where you can get punished even when you're a victimSuspended for something that didn't even happen at school? Stupid system, and zero tolerance policies are BS
despite following the national program in terms of subjects, many schools in japan are private and can make whatever policy because of thatSuspended for something that didn't even happen at school? Stupid system, and zero tolerance policies are BS
As MightnightTide said, it's basically the same thing if someone breaks into your house in Canada. You're not allowed to kill them. You can defend yourself, but not to that point. He was right to beat up the stalker. The school is basically saying: "If students are victims of assault, it's better for them to eat the attack than defend themselves."
Wasn't there a police chief up there that said in order to protect yourself from break ins leave your car keys right at the entrance or outside?Laws or not, if someone is breaking into my home, I'll break their bones with a baseball bat. And yes, I'm also a Canadian. Our country is too soft on criminals.
I think it was said that she walked out on them. Going by other manga I would assume it's a way for women to escape abusive relationships. They just leave and disappear. I think that's what happened in another manga "May My Father Die Soon" where the mom was broken from the abuse and ran because the police wouldn't do anything because the husband was some higher up at a big company.i don't remember the mention of the mom but assuming she didn't die, mothers are capable of being 'deadbeats' too or so, idk how good the 'child support' in japan would be for payments versus just leaving him with his dad but yeah i can imagine the current MC would've wanted to move out much sooner
Exactly what I said lmao. I was like, wow havent seen your faces in a long timeong the boys are finally back its been way too long
I'm guessing his mom just left on her own. If she left during the night and didn't bother taking her child... heck, they might not be divorced on paper, and they are "just living separately" and the dad is just too lazy to do anything about it.just wondering why he follow his father rather than his mom
Well, at least when he’s old, frail, and can’t do anything for himself, he better not expect his son to care for him.I'm guessing his mom just left on her own. If she left during the night and didn't bother taking her child... heck, they might not be divorced on paper, and they are "just living separately" and the dad is just too lazy to do anything about it.
The dad is correct that children are helpless without their parents, but he is being a hypocrite. He's not angry his son got suspended from school due to his actions, but still thinks he is being "good" by doing the bare minimum to keep his son alive. Parents choose to have kids (or take the risk of not using protection and having kids), so they are required to be responsible for them until they can fend for themselves. If you buy/adopt a pet, you have the responsibility to take care of them. Doing the bare minimum of what you are supposed to do won't get you an award. This dude is a toxic and really neglectful parent, and neglect is a form of abuse. It fucks you up in many ways, and it's hard to overcome, because "it's not like they hit you or anything". Well, in this case, the father is just an abusive pos.
