Depends on the method of multiple lives. Does their main body heal back to full, then go back to alive? Are they immune to previous methods of murder (Ala Heracles from Fate)? There's a few ways that it can be done. Assuming it's as simple as it sounds and they just come back to life on death, put them into an area where no physical damage is done, but death is still going to occur (paralytic and poisonous gas perhaps?), and seal it off. Slow, but would certainly whittle away their lives.
