Regarding the added page ('If you don't know what Menhera is then you're missing out on a lot...) it's supposed to mean someone with serious mental health problems, but as it's used now in manga it's just japanese women acting like japanese women. Like tsundere and especially yandere ceased to actually mean much. Manga Menhera mostly just means normally depressed, moody, or cranky.
