Whilst I agree about what you said, it's meant to be her being put through the same humiliation she put her teacher(s) through (I don't think it's unfair to think she was probably like this too other people and we are only shown 1 example)

Maybe her boss is gay or doesn't cheat on his wife or just not a rapist?, I would just say the most unrealistic part is that she's getting assaulted, plenty of reasons as to why she isn't being molested
