I don't know for sure, but it sounds like the only real reference to a familial relation comes from the First Head referring to a "Granny Fuchs"

The second mentions a "Sworn brother", but judging by the "sworn" part of that, it's not an actual blood relation.

Even "Granny Fuchs" might not be an actual blood relation. Recall how Lyle referred to the groundskeeper on his estate as "gramps" even though that isn't his actual grandfather.

The First Head might have simply looked up to and deeply respected an older member of the Fuchs House, rather than actually being descended from them himself.

Edit: Oh, and the Third Head refers to Novem as "Sis's descendant" so that also sounds more concrete as a familial relation. . . Could be another situation of just being very close to a non-relative but eh. Who can say for sure.

Idk where the confusion is coming from but there is a TL note in this chapter saying that the "Sis" that the Third is referring to is not related to them at all. He calls her "Sis" the same way manga gang members call their fellow members "Aniki". He calls the Fuchs Lady "Sis" out of respect and not because they are blood related.

And if that still confuses some of you, do note that its a pretty common way of showing respect here in Asia.

This trope with MLs that go all hysterical is so tiring.
I didn't notice him do that when the gardener gave him extremely valuable things, at what frankly amounted to great risk to himself.
Come to think of it, this idiot ML also did that rant to Novem about getting a harem to get her to leave him. What's actually wrong with him? And sure, he's no doubt got PTSD plus physical exhaustion, as well as whatever the mana drain from that Jewel does, BUT he had that in the gardener's care, too, and managed to not be a babbling fool.
So it would be nice to have a protagonist who doesn't piss and shit his pants ...
He could explain to her about that Jewel, too, but I guess she may be unreliable, or something ... So I guess he'll walk around babbling like a loon, as well as fall over unconscious every now and then.
