I thought I was seeing things last chapter when I thought it looked like her tongue was split and she head double studs, but I guess not.
That aside, she really, really reminds me of Ivelle at the beginning of Biryuu Enshoutan, with the way she's so broken from abuse that she defaults to giving sexual favors and acting like a pet.

Does Ivelle get better really quickly? I dropped the series early because I thought the whole story was just being horny over how abused she was, and jokes about the protag being a wuss. If one or the other has quickly noticeable improvement, I think it would be worth checking out again.
This story seems to being going in the "I can fix her/give her a happy life" direction, which I enjoy more.

Depends on how early you dropped it, but I think it starts to show that it's transitioning to the "I can fix her" route by about chapter 5-6 or so. She's really started to sorta improve (because you don't just break thousands of years of trauma and conditioning in a week or two) in the latest chapters and the series has actually gotten some pretty serious worldbuilding.
As for the protagonist being a wuss, I think the only people who joked about that were the dipshit readers who make that joke about every MC that doesn't immediately have sex with a willing woman; the series made it very clear that he's basically a normal guy before Ivelle and is mildly terrified of her power, but he gets more comfortable with her about chapter 5-6, so he calms down, I guess you could say.

This is odd, there any others manga with "holy lights members" tagged as erotica. Without a clear guideline can be a mess because it can be based on personal opinions.
