I would believe, by the fact that the series has to continue with Lavi, Connie would suffer real consequences in never living her mindbroken incest fantasies.

Don't really know what you gonna expect from this series, not like Lavi gonna let his sister die or anything. It's still a comedic JP fetish adventure series. If people suffered "real consequences", Maribel would have suffered that ryona death shown in the Fanbox a long time ago.

EDIT: Seriously, we really did forget that Maribel just tried to kill Lavi and kidnap Philo.
