Mahoro turned 31 a couple chapters ago. I believe the series started with her 30th birthday?
You're absolutely correct, but he seems to have had another idea for this party. My guess is that he aims on blowing open the secrets in this gathering to provoke a confession, which would be a suitably dramatic moment and lead to the intro where our MC is yelling at people in a kitchen.

I mean he could be 25. I've actually tried to guesstimate the minimum age gap possible.
In a flashback Momoka had, Haruto seemed to be wearing a high school uniform. He was also called a kid by Momoka back then so I'm assuming that's the case.
Momoka's affair happened when she was a working adult. Let's assume she only did 4 years of college (minimum for a BA in Japan) for the shortest possible gap.
This means Momoka's affair was when she was 23 at the earliest. If Haruto was in his third year of high school he would have been 17-18.
Thus, he has at minimum a 5 year age gap with Momoka, who is the same age as Mahoro, so a 5 year minimum gap with Mahoro.
The max gap they can have is 10 years because he has to be over 20 to drink alcohol.
Thus Haruto is 20-25 years old.

Those are some good points to base it on. Though, I think the art style makes it a bit hard to distinguish between a shirt & tie and a highschool uniform. Does his outfit at that time look any different than Rei-kun's in this chapter?
I think it would be cool to know the average gap between siblings in Japan 30 years ago. That would at least give an idea on what the author would assume to be normal. From my own experiences, I would assume siblings are born within 2-3 years of each other and a 10 year age gap is exceptional, but I don't think I could extrapolate that to Japan.

I do like how Mahoro acknowledges that she seems so enamored by Haruto primarily because of how Rei’s been neglecting her in favor of his mistress Rio.
If something were to come out of her relationship with Haruto it would be healthy for her to nit just acknowledge this, which she kinda just did a little, but to also give herself some time to be single and independent before taking things serious with someone again.
