Basically what I said 2 chapters ago. Why would Rio go from a perfect man to an idiot like Rei if not because she found relief/change in an incompetent yet physically attractive man?
To begin with, nobody's perfect, and Itsuki handled the cuck situation too calmly early on, then wittheld information from Momoka. Then watched her flail around with imperfect evidence. He seems the condescending and controlling type I don't think we have enough to conclude that he was a problem in the relationship but it's definitely on the table.

I would bet money that Rio sold those videos as a way to appear financially stable next to her husband, and that her beauty salon isn't raking in the dough, leading to a growing inferiority complex.
