A: Rio cheated out of malice and was found out.
B: Rio cheated but did it in a self-sacrificing way to get Mahoro out of a bad relationship.
C: Haruto went CIA mode, stole Rio's fingerprints and was the mastermind the entire time to steal Mahoro from Rei to accomplish his childhood dream. Final panel sequence is him and Mahoro walking away before Haruto turns to look at the reader and wink.
