Think it feels like ending because we had the Uber study for thing arcs and now she is going to college... I forgot do we even know what she wants to study in college?

Well, assuming it isn't actually ending and will continue, it's because a major part of the two MC's lives are about to end, and FMC is ruminating on the end of some relationships and friendships as she moves to Tokyo - everybody will be busy with their own lives, and they can't just visit her like they're all saying they will.
