He's been watching too much Naruto and Code Geass (as well as some others I can't remember names of). Being the center of all hatred like Lelouch or Sasuke to bring peace to the word isn't really going to work, since you can't change the fundamental nature of humans without massive eugenics and selective breeding. 25% of the population tend more toward psychotic behavior than rational behavior, and those are the kind of people that we have determined to be "bad" (violent, selfish, greedy, sadistic, *insert negative personality traits). So unless you can find and wipe them all out, as well as wipe out any of them in the future, then humans will always be... well... human, and any measures of trying to create world peace, either through force, mutual understanding (impossible with said humans still alive), peace, hypnosis, or any other kind of method is temporary or impossible.

In other words, if you want world peace, start with Eugenics, and then indoctrinate children into your desired life philosophy.

In ww2 , Chinese nationalists were the main force fighting againsts the Japanese in China. Basically the Chinese communists bid their time and waited for both the nationalists and Japanese to weaken each other. Especially after Japanese operation Ichi-Go, the nationalists were severely weakened and communists took control of sparsely defended areas left by japanese forces who were busy attacking against the nationalists.
