(I'm actually curious. Do you just enjoy Yuri pairings more? Do you relate to them more? Does the age gap bother you, but you would feel better about it in a Yuri pairing? Do you not like the older character being male, but like the female character and so you'd like him to be a her? Do you feel the senario is generic, but it being a Yuri pairing would make it feel more original?)
