from other comments, it's probably a previous generation hero, so the more correct question should be whether or not there's still a body for her to eat lol. That helmet looks super old so I think the hero's body is just dust now

I read the raw, she will regrow back at Chapter 25 as she fighting demon eagle birdman who use light magic but thanks to that it photosynthesis as his magic don't work on her and she back into adult.
