Nowhere, but I personally don't mind it. Since the early chapters, this has been a power fantasy. But unlike the bad ones, this one knows how to do the genre right: be cool, be smart, don't be pretentious, and most important of all: don't act like you are not power fantasy. I read different story for very different reason, and I know why I read this one: because I love seeing the MC be absolute badass. I love me stories with underdogs and stories where protagonists have to struggle, but Solo Leveling ain't that and I sure don't want it to be.
OPM itself may have an OP character as well, but it's a different type of the story: it is not centered only on Saitama, it is a parody, and it is an exploration of a world where Superheroes exist. Solo Leveling has neither of these, or cares to have them, so comparing them is like comparing apples and carrots.
