Based on novel spoiler, it will take around 20-30 chapters. Less if manga author rushed it
I think it would take more chapters.

The sex thing is more like filler while the author lay down preparation for the bigger conflicts, involving the supernatural battle part of the story (and now with their new life at stake). So there are other things also going.

Well, on the bright side, it’s not the final goal of the story, so they don’t need to keep making excuses to prolong the issue.

:shamihuh: uh ok then
I guess this will waste like a ton of chapters establishing how any of this even came to be
This is an extremely complicated premise to say the least

Damn married for over a year and still no intimate time. That's gonna lead to a whole lot of trouble stemming from unsatisfied desires. Don't ya think?

Spoiler: In volume 3 they do sleep with each other. View attachment 13149
3 god damn volumes to do the basic thing all couples do?? Nah this it TRASH. I don’t even wanna know the reason she is being like this. Whining about kissing when he leaves but sleeps in different rooms
Volume 3.

Volume 1 is basically introduction. The reason they never have sex is Ritsuka is traumatized from accidentally seeing her siscon brother’s hardcore porn so she’s always too uncomfortable about having sex. At the end of the volume, they talk of it and Ritsuka also consent about the sex. They both set a deadline to deal with this issue.

Volume 2 is past story arc when they happen to meet again in university. The supernatural thing ended when they’re still in high school, so at this point their organizations are already disbanded and they’re attempting to return to society.
Ritsuka is comparatively really strong among those with blessing. It has effect on her mental development because unconsciously she always see other people as weaker and not equal. Roushi proofed he can fight her head on, by using just his resourcefulness. With that, Ritsuka finally accept him in romantic relationship.

Volume 3 starts with them about to have sex, but Ritsuka panicked because his thing is too big. ^^;
They had problem involving a previously not-existing faction targeting people with the supernatural power. At the end, Roushi kind of force himself to Ritsuka, which actually works with him taking the lead.
I think this solves the plot about them never having sex, and volume 4 likely will start focusing on the new faction, possibly reviving the supernatural battle organizations again.
NOPE. Skipping this crap then. Whines and bitches about not kissing her and saying he loves her, rejects any form of intimacy she doesn’t start, sleeps in two separate rooms after a year, and 3 volumes to do the deed with a stupid ass reason as her justification for this toxic relationship as the cherry on the shit cake.

Interesting. I wonder if the plot is about how they fell in love. And in the present timeline he remembers it.

meh, former enemies become a couple and we have no clue how that happened. Plus, they throw in this stupid "I haven't lost my V card yet" trope which is just ???? What's more, there are superpowers and organizations, which I very much hope will be explained in the not-so-distant future.
As of right now, my expectations aren't that high, but we'll see, I guess.

Bruh a year without sex is literally what lead to my divorce. 365 days of rejection from the person who’s supposed to love you the most will fucking DESTROY your self esteem. It’s not healthy and her avoiding even discussing it just ramps up suspicion and doubt.

Nah this relationship is terrible. So not to be that guy but if they've been together for this long and nothing intimate has happened unless she's the one initiating. That's what has someone leave or cheat.

If her reasoning for not screwing are fucking retarded and "cute" and not something drastic like if they fuck he'll die then this is a really terrible relationship. I can't find it cute from this chapter alone. Better be a good reason.
I will say, as a man married for approaching 3 years (been together 7) whose marriage is relatively sex free. I've never once considered cheating or leaving her because of a few reasons: she has really bad endometriosis so penetration (even a single finger) would so painful for her that she's start to cry, thankfully a doctor finally listened to her and did a surgery to remove a lot of the scar tissue it caused and it was much less painful for her once she healed up but it still wasn't exactly comfortable. And more importantly, while sex is part of it, intimacy and making each other feel loved and validated in the relationship is what really matters. Intimacy doesn't have to be sexual, and as long as you are a faithful partner who loves their SO and knows they love you back the thought of cheating/leaving over limited/lack-of sex should never come up.

Edit: all that being said, the Manga relationship with her being forceful about standard goodbye kisses but completely disinterested in a physical relationship outside of the "drama standards" is a major red flag. She's either using him as a cover and wants to maintain the newly wed vibe to throw off pursuers and sees him as a roommate otherwise, she has a phobia, she is asexual, or she's got many screws loose and doesn't understand what love is.

Edit 2: it seems to be that she's just got screws loose. Ch. 2 of the novel is from her perspective and she's madly in love with him, but just doesn't seem to understand why he'd want a physical relationship. Even mentioning that she's "sorry" under her breath that she wants to know everything about him but still wants to keep sides of herself hidden. She made a vow to herself to reveal whatever she's hiding to him on "the 12th". Ch. 3 was just a typical rom-com chapter with nothing revealed about their relationship other than he's a dog lover and she's a cat lover. Trying to keep this as spoiler free and vague as possible. Chapters are translated on Novel Updates just make sure to disable Java Script on the translators site because it's a cesspool of ads and malware if you leave it running.
