Okawa is the guy in Chapter 3. The mangaka Onodera appeared at the end of both chapter 3 and 10 (the Marie chapters)

I like this story the best of the bunch because he's not really even stalking him too much besides just trying to get in contact with him and motivate him.

Plus seeing it's the most successful and big honcho makes it really, really satisfying as a rags-to-riches story. I hope they're still in touch with one another.
