Start reading button/first chapter button

Not really begging for it, but it's nice to have it so I don't have to swipe down and click >> to go to it when the manga has many chapter. I didn't see it implemented, nor in the planned or rejected section, I dunno maybe I'm just blind.

You get points for at least attempting to read the sticky, but yes, you are blind because it is the first feature listed (albeit with the added functionality of it continuing where you left off if you've already started reading it)
