Surreal dream you had last night

For like 3 weeks in a row, save this one, I had these rather... sad dreams. Not like something sad happened, it was just... You know family and whatnot, interacting, enjoying life, interacting with what I do, enjoying what I do.
Some of them were so oddly... genuine I'd wake up at like 4am and just stare at the ceiling in the silent realization that it wasn't real. I mean, it's not that I haven't tried, not that I really want that, I'm really a private person. Nevertheless, every human has that hankering for... IDK, acceptance of some sort, like someone looking over and telling them "Hey, what you're doing is alright."
I've had a lot of these actually, come in waves off and on this year and the last one, earlier on it was more poignant ones of my dreams, one felt so real I carried on with the day, thinking what happened in the dream maybe happened until everyone came home and I was like "Oh..."
I'm just worried about life. Sure, it's a great motivation for writing and studying and whatnot, but... It's a real damper when the one, calm, safe place that is the bed has me buffeted with these things which feel so real, but aren't. I should be happen with the vision I guess, and I am, it should be an encouragement to keep going.
As much as it is, there's always that impatience we all can't get rid of, that just can't stop pulling at the hair and wondering, when, if at all.
On a side note, every now and then I get weirdly specific and painful dreams. I have a vivid imagination, I think of the possibility of something painful and I feel it sharply (for my writing) sometimes. So sometimes I have these dreams which feel so real. For a while it was like rats at my feet, just chewing away. More recently it's like my eyeball being squished by a thumb. Eugh, that one always feels disgusting.
Oh, don't look at me like that! I didn't even tell you anything about the Hitomi Tanaka dream! Oh... Well, it's what you'd expect.

Story time
So, last night I had a nightmare,
In it I was a healer or something along with my dad (I guess? I believe so)
It was bizarre indescribable scenes at first (I believe that is normal in everyone's dream)
But my brain perceive it as I'm doing some "healing".
When my "consciousness" got a hold on to the scene, I was in front of a mirror, and I felt a bump/bulge under my skin on the back of my neck.
It felt like a vein, and then I traced it, it started at my left temple, and went up and back around my head to the right side, and down my neck just below my right ear.
Then the scene changes, as usual, like those AI hallucination on video generations.
And that I was "treating" something, my brain thinks it's a dog.
In that scene, I made a small cut in its skin and then I pulled out a worm from underneath it.
(now that I'm awake, I guess the right word would be a parasite, like in those parasite videos on the internet, but in my dream it really looked like a worm, and my brain thought it was a worm)
And I came to realize, oh shit, there's a worm in my head,
and then I felt that bulge throbbing, pulsing, and a dreadful feeling came over me.
I tried pressing and nudging the bulge on top of my head to see if it was really a worm.
After pressing around for some time, the worm broke off/separated because I was pressing it too hard,
and then I could really feel it pulsing.
So I called my dad (or whoever that man was), and asked him to take the worm out. I told him not to cut at the end of the bulge and pull the worm out by the tail (like in those parasite videos), but instead cut my skin in the middle, and pull out the worm like you pull a noodle.
And then I woke up
So I don't know how the operation went.
But I definitely stroked around my head and neck for a good minute to make sure there was nothing there.
I think it's because I read 3 horror manga because the updates popped out before I sleep last night.

This week I had two weird dream
1). Im dreaming I were at my home, there guy in guest room with a cow. Then suddenly starting to jorking the cow, the cow "juice" Is everywhere and I'm covered from it. What the hell is wrong with my brain
2). Im trying to box this guy, but some reason all his bone were so strong so any of my punch does nothing. So I tried to deliver liver punch, but the guy so damn good I'm not hitting any. I woke up and feel defeated.... Damn it im lose imaginary person

I remembered my exam from 20 years ago ... in a dream.

CIA had this MK II project which forces you to dream and do things like "The orgasm princess can't take another bite." I won't tell the details because they actually planned to make you think the dream is a reality and your reality is a dream. Similar to the Level Up project described in To Aru Majutsu no Index for the Top 1 to Top 7. Well ... all the subjects uh ... expired.

Each time i remember one of my dream, it's a "nightmare" where i am physically assaulted and none of my tentatives to defend myself absolutly don't work at all... Come one, even in a dream, if i stab an intruder, it should at least have some effect ! That's surreal, for sure !

I had a dream, there is mass hysteria because someone sneak up gun.
Then one guy unknowingly had a pistol on his pocket, before he able to explain himself he were gunned down by security. What worse after that the body were stormed and destroyed by angry masses. In my dream I saw a guy rip a fucking rib cage
