Those lines make absolutely zero fucking sense in the manga, since Ayano was a girl even before reincarnation. Especially the HRT mention is extremely out of place. She's clearly celebrating her gender, not just her growth. However, as far as I can see, this manga is based on a light novel. Maybe in the light novel, before reincarnation, Ayano was a man?

A regular viewer/manga reader can see this. They see a character, who happens to be trans with a joke attached, laugh and move on.
Any covid tourist coming through, for some ungodly reason, needs to champion this as some kind of trans rights thing.

Already, even entering the administration, trans unemployment rates have been estimated to be at great depression levels, and it likely has only grown, due to greater rollbacks to the consolation prize policies of companies in the previous DEI era.
And on top of this, most trans people are already made to be living in impoverishment, due to the internal displacement, due to horrific unemployment, due to healthcare bans... I hope I don't have to overexplain- wait no it's Mangadex you all still want to live in the fantasy world of consumerism built off of the made-invisible labor of so many of the precariat ahahaha I actively do not respect the most of you as you all gleefully watch my sisters, brothers, and siblings burn to your inactions and half measures 😌
