I’m not sure where the “h” in Aristhina (アリスティナ) is coming from, but if you’re shortening it to both “Alice” (what her parents called her) and “Tina” (her new pseudonym) you might want to consider consistency, at least in the Tina part since there’s no reason not to (stuff like Aristina being shorted to Alice or Aruanything being shortened to Al is the sort of thing you see a lot in even official translations due to the vagaries of romanisation so you learn to live with it. Or just use Alicetina.)

No, those are in her inventory still, I am pretty sure. If I understood it correctly, she just has a stupid amount of magic power due to being a noble, so she can make basic potions with little challenge.

Just a fact of life really. Even as early as her leaving the guild with her payment in hand I was thinking her next biggest issue is going to be watching out for people that might rob her or kidnap her.

She's a lone poor child with no connections wandering around after all. That makes her easy prey in scum's eyes.
