The law is something about pay some percentage of their little salary by commission or project the nasty is the employer can deduct taxes by this methodology but the freelancer don't (there is no obligation about the company of increasing their salary to include those taxes and those society hate negotiate things about claiming more money to subside the tax and there Freelancers they will be replaced if they claim)
