The thing is, she already lost his trust. The things he wanted to get rid of was the awkwardness around their working relationship as they still needed to work with one another in domestic territory affairs, and the other was maybe get her to give up on trying to marry him if he told her he's literally a god that's out of her reach, though he wasn't too serious about that as he was just going to keep her at arms-length distance anyway with how he started to treat her toward the end of the chapter. It was just a means to an end. By having her in the know, he can also more freely use his tech and tools around their circle of family members and close aides...Lieze was the last to know about him in that group (excluding the nameless maids and guards) and made things more difficult for him to use his modern tools. Now he doesn't have to worry about that all too much anymore, at least in that household.
Don't get me wrong though, Kazura has plenty of faults and makes dumb decisions all the time. Just trying to point out his reasoning and goals he was trying to achieve.
