It's moments like these that I have to ask... Where are all their parents? Shouldn't some of the people ahead of them on thrones or positions of power handle this?

There's probably a lot of pomp and circumstance needed to get a legit continental summit going, way less is needed for schoolchildren to have a private get-together.
