No, sorry, this is not good. This has to be MTL, russian or not.

The English in this terrible and so is the typesetting. There was no serious effort put into this translation and I absolutely think one should do something properly or not do it at all. Get in touch with someone who's actually fluent in English and a typesetter (or learn how to do it yourself) instead of just running it through DeepL and calling it a day. There need to be some basic standard of quality on this site or we'd just have nothing but MTL dumps.
