One thing that helps me is to pound my upper back, similarly to what you would do with a baby. I'm pretty flexible so I can do it myself, but if you can't then try to get someone else to.

I keep getting notifications for new chapters and they end up being fakes, because some A-hole from some shitty site called ultmanga keep spamming chapters with images only saying his site name. That is bothering me right now.

I just moved to UK, got an incredibly good job while being here for less than 2 weeks, found a nice apartment 2 weeks late. I live by myself for the first time ever (only ever lived with family and for a year with my ex gf). People tell me how lucky I am and I know I am. But still Im going crazy
cause of the whole lockdown shit, dont have anyone to talk to and Im afraid I wont ever find love again.

Tldr: Im lucky in life but Im afraid of being alone for the rest of it.

many of my friends have finished their skripsi? its kinda like a paper for graduate? i dont know what to call it. but at my place it called skripsi. you must made it the it will be present and its a must for us so we can graduate...

man... im suck doing this... and its troublesome.. you must have permission to collect data, cause im a med stud and well the data i collect is med record, and so its confidential so you must have permision and blablabla, and it sooooo long to get the permision. not just that,.... to process the data, write it print it, having consul with it and then finally it can be present to some supervisor??? well its tiredsomeeee
