IMO, the only thing inherently wrong with incest between two mature consenting adults is the higher probability of offspring having genetic defects. No offspring, no problem, IMO. Case in point: separated at birth, fell in love as adults, only to find out later they're brother and sister, and now all of the sudden "Oh no incest bad, life is ruined!" There have been multiple cases of such.

It's normal to call non-sibling a brother or sister in Asia. The term Onii-chan (brother) can be directed to a total stranger and it's common right there. In this context. It's just a girl saying she want to marry her older male childhood friend when they grow up. Nothing is weird here.

Again. Cultural context. Personal taste. Not blood related. She is still technically a kid that grew a habit to call him a big brother. And girl calling a close male friend slightly older than her a big brother is very comon in asian countries. If they decide to become a couple, how they call eachother IS A MATTER OF THEIR KINK AND THEIR BUSINES ONLY 🤣
