I think we're almost caught up to where we used to be!
You are thinking of the Cave King manga where the guy has a Cave King Crest.Wouldn't miss much anyways. The plot moves at a snail pace. Almost as bad as that other island one where the MC has the mark of the cave builder or something on his hand. The name eludes atm but I always get them mixed up.
I don't know if it's the actual reason, but it was god-awful mtl and overall shit qualitymangadex once had translated chapters up to 55+ or so. can't remember exactly.
I don't know why they were deleted.
but the current translators will likely reach new chapters within this year or so. (at the current translation speed at least)
The final part should be not very prior to mc arriving in the city...maybe weeks or even days....at max a month I'd guessTimeline wise, when is this thing happened. As in, is this before or after her brother come to the land. (smh i read this far and still not bother remembering the mc's name)
They did kind of earlier on. Blessed with strong blessings have a strong backlash if they're killed by malice. So they toss them away on an uninhabited island full of beasts so that the damage is minimal or entirely negated. They still haven't explained why they don't directly kill the kids/Rosa and instead drop them off on that particular island and don't even follow up. That's honestly what I'm most interested in.
Newbie is easier to control than someone who knows too much. He'd certainly be in trouble if either of them came up with the idea I had...stop the Inquisitor's time completely, then just waltz out. Have him stand frozen for as long as the spell lasts, or until someone finds him, and is able to neutralize the time stop.Also..why in the nine hells send her only viable replacement(the blindfolded time controlling girl) to her death, prior to making certain that the girl you want to replace her with, is willing to take up on that duty?
It's like throwing away a perfectly good and in working order machine, just because you've ordered a new untested one, from a seller you don't know anything about...sure it might end up working as intended, or it might be a temu knockoff.
This is what I'm thinking, the frozen saint is instrumental to stopping Evil McNastyguy - so he lies to the very gullible dinks.Newbie is easier to control than someone who knows too much. Keeping the Patron Saint in suspended time is way beyond sus. How is letting the founder of the very religion itself going to spell the world's doom, when he's the very origin of their beliefs? The only things I can speculate are...
1) The original form of their religion was VERY different, and if he wakes up and goes "WTF have you idiots done!?", there will be hell to pay, and the entire church crumbles after having lost all its credibility, and made to answer for everything they've done.
2) He's actually some sort of Demon Lord or even a Sage they could not control, except in this manner. If a Demon, too dangerous to let loose. If a Sage, an extreme political problem.
Regardless, the Inquisitor is making a power play is embellishing the truth.
I’m guessing he’s relying heavily on the fact that if the saint returns “the world will fall”. This is coming right after he basically revealed that the entire church is a lie and has been doing questionable shit all this time. So he’s basically trying to convince her about the Saints resurrection making the world fall and just expects her to take it at face value?Soo....let me get this straight...this guy is some diabolical genius who's in charge of an entire religion, and is also responsible for "entrapping" talented individuals in such key positions...didn't it ever occur to him that a young girl, who traveled who knows how long, and risked touching you and using her gift just for the sake of her brother...will just refuse to use her gift and just sit and watch the world burn to spite you and your religion that murdered him? Heck even if we assume she loved her parents enough to not end the world for their sake, she can just stop casting the spell after 20-50 years, after have most likely already expired.
Also..why in the nine hells send her only viable replacement(the blindfolded time controlling girl) to her death, prior to making certain that the girl you want to replace her with, is willing to take up on that duty?

My issue is not that he threw the old time stopping girl away, but that he threw her away before he was certain that her replacement would do as she was told.Newbie is easier to control than someone who knows too much. He believes that he will get what he wants because power has already gone to his head, and that she should obey without question because (insert reason here). My issue is not that he threw the old time stopping girl away, but that he threw her away before he was certain that her replacement would do as she was told.
