Not really related to manga but just like how they depict these so called "CHURCHES", I don't really have any "FAITH" in any religion. I don't trust these so called "CHURCHES" and "PRIESTS". Hate me for what I said but I'm just stating what I feel about these things. I've seen these "Churches" involve themselves in politics and some even hide their own wicked desires for power and control. So yeah, just like in this manga, I view these "Churches" in a BAD way.

The "Ever Increasing Wives" part of the title doesn't seem very fitting. Sure, he's got three women that are into him (four if you count Rin, but I think Rin is just affectionate by nature), but it's nothing like most harem isekai where they add a new girl or two every volume.

I'm not complaining, mind you. Adding new characters all the time is usually a sign the author has run out of ideas.
