Currently 8 of the 13 main story volumes of the LN are translated by Yen Press, plus a short stories volume. The series finished on vol 13 back in February 2026.

Basically places like Amazon or searching Yen Press site for the novel and where they official sell it is another way. Volume 9 official English is scheduled around June 2026

No problem. At the current rate, we might not see the end of the novel until probably 2 years from now. It really depends on the translators. I had a few novels where it took over a year because of one reason or another for the last volume to officially release in English.

The last panel already giving me some feeling that it will end soon. And manga rarely go beyond the anime(tho there's also quite a lot that go past it) but this one has "LN Promotion" feeling so strong

Technically, mana blades take on whatever form the user desires, though no one is nearly as efficient at using them as Anis, yet. One of the above-mentioned short stories that I only started reading explains how Anis developed the technique to use the mana blade as a whip from her training sessions with her mother.

I like how it took like 10 or 20 chapters just to finish some stupid fight, but they build a whole damn flying machine in half a chapter I get that we don't have to see the whole process documented or whatever because it probably doesn't matter, but we didn't even have any scenes of Anis struggling with research or whatever, it's just a cut to a few months later and it's done lmao

Euphie gifting Anis a new sword, and naming it Celestial to match Arc-en-ceil, is so damn poetic and well done. Who needs couple rings when you have couple swords. (But for real, get rings too! <3)

The manga has been slow to reach this point, but I love the extra time it's been able to spend on the magicology compared to the anime. Times like this makes it feel like a more complete adaptation, and the art is so beautiful.

The flying machine is the result of the research on the dragon parts Anis was so insistent on collecting, and you can see prototypes for it's design during the presentation to the nobles as far back as chapter 28.

The manga adapts up to LN 3. The LN has 13 volumes, 8 of which have been translated (plus a story collection, not sure if that's part of the 13.)
