If I didn't read wrong from my speedreading, The Archive is all connected, like a wiki, so any Alchemist with access to it can see it all too.

It appear that isn't like that, is like more like a collection of books that are copied betwen master and pupil, and then expanded. This makes them connected and at the same time makes that not all collections are equal, plus she clearly have expanded knowledge fron his past lives that are not connected to de knowledge in the Archive that she received from her alchemist master but at the same time she pass this expanded knowledge to his pupil Archive reinforcing this view of the Archive as a copied library.

So it's more like a private kind of dimensional storage but instead of tangible or physical objects it can store all sorts of information, and the read and write access to that private storage can only be passed down from the master to their apprentices. If that's the case then Apprentices from different lineages will also have different contents in their Archive.
