My guess is that the other reincarnator is his brother.
the three of them were all born at the same time. So it can't be anyone who wasn't born on the exact same day.

this is probably the worst isekai i have ever seen
sad thing is, this one actually handles some aspects WAY better than most isekai do. In this one, other characters aren't idle or completely dependent on the mc. They also aren't mindlessly jealous of him either. For example, his family. His brother doesn't get jealous of him and sees him being smart as an inspiration to work harder to be a reliable big brother to him. His father feels something similar and starts engaging in politics more actively to raise the family's status and support the three kids. Rather than some random feat of the mc getting the king to raise their rank, it's the political maneuvering behind the scenes of their father that does it. It leads to some interesting events and conflicts with the brother and father. The brother goes to school a few years ahead of the mc and builds a reputation as the best student and adventurer along side his party. The father tries to arrange a marriage between the brother and the princess of their country but the brother is now romantically involved with a noble daughter that's in his party and this becomes a big falling out between the brother and father.

All of that happens without the mc really being involved or knowing, a real strong point for the story as the other characters do have lives outside of him. The problem is, as I said last chapter. The author rushes everything, not letting the characters grow up to the point where their actions of the things they get involved in won't seem ridiculous for their age.

The carriage thing kinda bugs me.
The noble has arranged safe passage for the MC to be returned to his home country, that they are currently at war with.

This could be a carriage with escorts and a driver, or a horse and some escorts. The escorts would be necessary to prove that he is returned home safely. Not that he needs the protection, but to certify that he crossed the border and wasn't attacked by the army or populace. A carriage is just luxury that might signify their gratitude towards him but is not needed.

So why was he give a luxury horse and carriage with no driver, escort, or representative? The country is not gona get them back if he crosses the border with it. Were they planing to give him a carriage before Clarice joined? Surely just a horse would have sufficed for just the MC. Isn't it odd for 2 kids to be driving it around? What about bandits stealing the carriage?

And why is Clarice inside the carriage? why not sit with him in front? Do they swap places or something?

HEY i like this that you said, huge char development, i think MC being main focus of a story should only be made for games becuase you can't leave (you)rself behind right? but manga and novels you are and outsider seeing the events of the world so that's where many things should happen because, the world doesn't stop each time you blink right?

Who let's 2 children go traveling alone? Weren't they, like, 8?

Is the snake from heaven or from hell?
They are 7, so even dumber.

I mean, yes, they are both reincarnators and are therefore mentally equivalent to 20+7=27 year olds, but no one else in the story know that, so these extremely capable 7yos should at least be given an adult chaperone, due to the fact that adults are aware that even the most precocious children are still deeply inexperienced about the realities of the larger world.

Yes, I know that "OP children being treated by adults as honorary adults" is a trope, not just in manga, but in many forms of media, but as anyone adult who has any sort of interaction with kids knows, kids being kids will do some unwise or downright stupid things on any given day. Think of all the idiotic things you did when you were a kid. Now imagine what you might have tried if you had magic powers. If I had kids around that could fly and blast things with fire on a whim, I wouldn't feel safe unless they were carefully monitored.

To someone who read the novel, does the mc have the talent for lightning magic as it was shown in the first chapter, cause it seems like author forgot about it

They said they've organised travel arrangements to get Mars back to his home, but all they've done is given them a carriage and pointed them in a direction. It doesn't appear that anyone with them guiding directions, and Mars is driving the carriage. These are two 7 year olds! I feel like better ways than this.
