I agree with the sarcasm on each of the points except for the last one about the MC, he had just cast paralysis, which he stated cost alot of MP, enough to make him unable to move for a while (ie, too low on MP to even move) and he just stood there because while he had regained a tiny bit of MP to move he probably didn't have anywhere near enough to cast a heal.
