And the worst part... IF the girls somehow Get Along and all be Frenz, this means that they can and will gang up on you to have their way.....

Technically he's still trying to keep his holy magic attribute hidden. I guess it's a rare one, so it might bring him trouble or restrict his options. This is also why they downplayed the injuries of the other students, as if it isn't worth mentioning they now seem perfectly fine, with their battle wounds gone. Who knows how it's working for Claris, seeing how she was a popular healer in her hometown, but maybe it works since it was in a foreign country. Mars and Claris are wearing the bracelets that can fake/hide their skills.
