Probably after punching through her chest, he used his ability to analyze, duplicate and modify the pseudo heart upon contact. His body probably has the necessary components to make one and he is at a level he can even mass produce high tier equipment and a short amount of time.

I'm not sure if they could. There's way too many inconsistencies between where the anime left off and where the manga was at that point. Youm and his party were out of town, Grucius & Myuulan didn't even exist because of how they hazed over the entire existence of the relations with Yuurazania. All we got was a promise from Karrion that he wouldn't attack Tempest. Myuulan & to a lesser extent Grucius are kind of integral in the coming events, so they might spend the first episode introducing the missing characters and patching up inconsistencies to the bare minimum of making sense, before going into the fight between Rimuru & Hinata.

Pretty sure he used a blob of his own slime along with Great Sage to recreate her heart. I also think he made her lifespan back to a normal human's, which this seems to have left out.
