I'm not saying there aren't some good mangas with a harem.
However, there are two points I tried to make here:
1. these are the minority (note how I said "nearly any" in the previous post) and there are many more good and long-lasting mangas that don't have this theme.
2. the ones you mentioned in particular would have been great even without the harem concept.

A harem is just one trope that you might or might not include in a story. If you're good at story-telling, the harem is not what makes the story good. If you're not, you can just try to pile up tropes from popular mangas, not understanding what makes them popular and just produce trash.
It takes work to make a story. Just piling random keywords does not.

If you really want to contradict me, you'll have to do better than give a couple of counter-examples.
You will have to show me how a harem is a such a great contribution to isekai or fantasy stories.
In my opinion, nine times out of ten, that just makes the story worse than it seemed at first. A few good examples won't change my mind about the trash that is the other 90%.
