Her ability is to create illusion that affects all 5 senses, when she touched Makoto and Yukiko they were already seeing what she wanted them to see (and page 1-6 is his illusion). She still killed everyone though just for safety (since the Patissier could have been watching) and because she didn't care about anyone but Haruhito and thought he would never figure it out within her illusion.
Which would happen, but Haruhito was suspicious and cut through his own eyes to see the reaction, but the preprogrammed illusions had naturally no reaction which allowed him to figure out that the entire escape plan and everyone involved were either a lie or already dead. At this point he knew she would keep killing everyone because of the rules of the city, the only escape possible would be death, which would at least save a few people (in particular Makoto and Yukiko, which she didn't kill immediately). It was their only way of escaping together.

TBH, this has been a clusterfuck for sometime now. Author kept on adding mystery up on mystery that some of us find it hard to follow unless we re-read the whole story.
@koikun The last time tits appeared as in full frontal with nipples was in ch 3 and nothing followed after that even in volume raws.

Also, my guess is that Makoto's unspoken plan in a previous chapter was the reason Haruhito was suspicious in the first place and eventually figured out everything. They probably gave him all their information about her being a specialist and possibly got some hidden camera or something for him to see her ability (before getting into her illusion with the rest) and in worst case scenario (which did happen) he would be their backup knowing her ability.
Why they have to stab each other? Is she just have to touch those kids again to cancel the illussion and save them from dead? Then the four of them just have to do a little chat to escape, I mean pattisier and detective already died, also if I recall from past chapter you just need one pf 3 keys to escape from that city

@Enkidu54 her illusion is canceled when she dies. As for her boyfriend, he was sent into an illusion but he noticed things were strange so he sliced his own eyes. Despite doing that the illusion didnt change to the fact that he was blind and everyone acted normal in the illusion so he knew something was wrong.
