She really should have called the art teacher out instead of just letting it go. I know that her forgiveness was supposed to be like a demonstration of how the male lead helped her overcome her trauma but jeez. There's just a creepy predator out there roaming the world who feels like he can ruin young girls' lives without consequence. Maybe if she had given the kid a warning he would be able to keep an eye out for his female friends and classmates in the future. Or maybe the kid's mother would catch wind of this all and be able to make an informed decision on if she wants to continue raising her family with this kind of creep :/

It's one thing if she just didn't want to blurt out what that dude did to her in front of his kid, but why did she have to go further and whitewash it?? She could've just left! Not a fan of how the author wrote this interaction, like it's some good and wonderful thing that she talked up the kid's scummy dad (who definitely didn't deserve his past to be rugswept - he's a child predator who sexually assaulted her and then ruined her reputation by saying it was her who initiated it).
