I only did what I did because Boredom where the very first and spent the most time and effort on this manga, and felt the snipe (sorry for using the word) was somewhat of an encroachment to that. I had a knee-jerk reaction to that and felt like something was being "stolen" from someone else, that's why I was aggressive in my approach to the situation.

Yes, "u mad" totally works here, because you come off as really impatient and ungrateful. There's no harm in waiting a few weeks for properly translated chapters, unless you don't care about quality translations or are under the illusion somebody out there is withholding the remaining chapters for your own personal enjoyment out of spite and lazyness (which is silly). When it comes to the twitter extras, which you deem are so unimportant, they are one of the reasons Boku Yabai is popular in Japan right know. Furthermore, I'm not going to list all inaccuracies for you just because you want to have the moral higher ground in an argument. Just read the goddamn raws and compare them to the different translations, and think of "tone", that's all.

@KingNova777 here is a current thread that you should read. flavorful and jdexo1's replies in particular are extremely helpful. i'll read the extras but they shouldn't be the priority, and i'll read boredom's if they stop behaving like they have been (which has surprised me), because they don't get the moral high ground after these chapter discussions.

and you come off as a pompous, elitist ass. you go around saying the translation is bad, but you refuse to give any reason other than the vague answer of 'tone' and tell me to read the raws when i ask why it's bad, like i wouldn't be reading raws if i could at this point. you call me ungrateful, like i should be grateful for them sitting around when some /a/non managed to catch up to the most current raws, and now boredom is cranking out the chapters, apparently with the same quality judging by your posts and others in those comment threads, within a day, showing their excuses to be bullshit. and finally, the extras are important, but not to the detriment of the actual meat of the series, the main chapters, and since labanina lit a fire under boredom's ass they've seemingly reassessed priorities.

Many don't understand TL groups hold no tangible rights over the series and aggressively attack anyone they see as "competition" to the established "community" they grown to associate themselves with. Some unironically ask if there's anything mods can do about it,

They read 10-15-30 releases from a certain group and they start to feel a sense of belonging to it, their "pack" and perceive them as benefactors. Therefore when they feel that interests of their benefactors are threatened, "encroached upon", they wildly lash out without any kind of command or incitement, on their own basic instincts.

The "competitor" uttering just 1 word of defense and justification for their actions, voicing any kind of opinion against those "groupies" attacks, gives original TL group members justification to swoop in and join the condemnation/bashing,

, and fuels their rage enough to spread far and wide outside of group usual habitat and shitpost wherever else they feel "competitor" presence may exist,

Another factor is fear of "benefactors" abandoning them and leaving them without the "fix" of their favorite content, that adds to the need to flame the shit out of perceived threat.

TL;DR: it's mob mentality.

@fullerhorn @Ataru did provide his draft TL for ch48 and some valuable feedback, so I wouldn't call his claims completely baseless.

I have re-read most chapters from the beginning and one thing which strikes me is the slow but constant change in Norio's artstyle across the regular chapters. It shouldn't surprise me considering that the first chapters have already been published three years ago, and in a monthly magazine, but still.
Which artstyle do you prefer? The one from the earlier chapters, or the more recent one?
