the brown woman is an editor, so for it to be an autobiography she must have changed jobs departments too, and nothing in the manga so far suggests she wants to change.

my conclusion: there is no 100% proof that it's not an autobiography, but you might as well just say any manga can be an autobiography so it's redundant.
