He hits her much harder on this fight in the LN and she finally gets it. Heck, she barely even gives him crap about the insane and borderline suicidal thing he does after the cultural festival -- though, to be fair, she put him in that life-or-death situation in the first place.

Yeah, having read about it in the LN, the confrontation in the manga is much, much tamer.

Even so, I still don't get what the damn problem was, big enough that they had to bring in adults/employees (isn't that cheating?) to... do something (a financial audit?!). All the while the MC's motivation is just NATSUKAWA SIMP SIMP... grow up boy!
