Missed opportunity to say
"If you want me to pair you with someone to have an excuse to start DMing them it's only 5$"

Can't believe I spent 3h on that, but I'm happy with how it looks.
And I will be able to reuse it in the future (maybe)

So here are the pairings for Round 1

Everybody live in different time zone so play when you play
Tell my cat secretary what score you got
"I won 2-0 this guy is terrible, I'm sure he will win the loser tournament" something like that

Round 2 start once every round 1 scores are collected

(I'm literally like this right now)
i would like to suggest an alternative to rpsgame.org since that site requires both users to be present at the same time

what if you instead you create a bunch of separate direct message groups where participants can send their plays (rock/paper/scissors) at their own convenience?

1. create a new DM with each contestant
2. each contestant shares their play for the current round
3. once both contestants in a match-up have shared their plays (or all match-ups in a given round are complete), you update the bracket

the main concern of course would be the possibility that a play from one contestant is shared with their opponent (aka CHEATING!). if each DM is just you + the other contestant (2 people total), then all the trust to not enable cheating falls upon you. can you handle such a monumental responsibility? reply Y for yes or N to opt out of receiving messages from this account in the future.

It means that a duo can work together and have an infinity of draws.
they could, yes. but they could also do the same on rpsgame.org (they could just correspond via DMs here or elsewhere). i'm also not sure what that would really achieve other than holding up the tournament.

I'm too shy to do that.... :notlikethis:
you could always get your secretary (doesn't need to be a cute girl btw) to do it for you and just sit in on the DMs to supervise. heck, why not get @Angry_Panda to fill the role since he's not a participant? that guy's never been involved in tournament foul play in his life.

the more people involved in the DM means more risk for collusion, but Panda's one of the most trustworthy people here imo

Uneasy lies the head that wears the crown of a DM :meguuusad:
