There are some future "what if" illustrations by the mangaka, in blue color instead of green, and its...not looking like things are doing well relationship wise for the girls. Its 8 years in the future.

There are some 5 years in the future ones too but thats in green and things are still doing well.

More than likely the Blue Yuri ones are just the mangaka feeling...er...blue...and did some non canon stuff to get the sad out.

I don't think I'd enjoy suffering Yuri if it comes on the tails of this joyful tale. That's for Madoka Magicka fans.

Hey, I wonder if this is selling well enough that they produce the album, like they did with Bocchi the Rock! ? That would be neat.
