I think there is a mistranslation on page 14 where it says "After receiving the Superior Grade Rune," Only Rani's elder brother got that. MC didn't get a rune at all and Rani got a Higher Grade Rune. Good thing MC's family and friends didn't look down on her for not getting a rune. Although if had gotten one it would have been redundant with her skills and knowledge. The society outlook reminds me of the Magician with Inferior Eyes and that one story where MC got disowned for getting an unknown rune (Cheat Code Enable,) where person's character and abilities were all overlooked and only the quality of rune they got mattered.

Btw, when MC asks if looks 14~5 is that asking if looks 14 to 15 in terms of age or being more beautiful than a lvl 10 beauty ?

In any case, bet the emissary is going to have a kid around their age who's full of themselves like that blond mercenary who was cheating with magic but arrogant due to high skill rather than cheap tricks. Said kid will be floored by MC after making a lot of insults.

people born female do typically develop faster at a younger age, as pi said, but it is somewhat unrealistic. i hope they don't sexualize them, they are minors and children, that would be disgusting.
