So if a nation has sex trafficking, it makes it perfectly acceptable to kill everyone in the nation?
Regarding the people who killed MC's master. MC didn't go to kill the king or other people who have power. He just started killing indiscriminately. Anyone under age of 10 wasn't even born when MC's master died. And those under 28 probrably weren't considered adults at that time.
The nation is also a dictatorship. Most of the people are probably not in a position where they can influence laws and policies.
