The startegic leader absolutely fucking never goes into frontlines. They always observes the battlefield from the back and command the troops. Its the GENERAL who is tasked with frontline leadership and responsible for heated split second decisions. In this case, that'd be the knight. Sending your strategic leader into battle is absolutely peak idiocy. Its inefficient, dangerous and most of all, demoralizing. Demoralizing once they see them get gunned down because suddenly the rest of the army doesnt know what to do now.

Anyone with a brain: oh perhaps she should try and bring the MC back towards being nice
Queens actually: I’m gonna love only the other child and do everything in my power to make the MC no be queen.
I mean the whole reason their power exists is to try and avoid problems and destruction but the queen just did exactly what lead the MC to be so evil in the original story. I suppose if she had a vision of the castle burning down she’d grasp a touch and blow the place up herself, after all the vision said it would burn down, best get it done and out of the way with.

The rubble "trapping" his foot is way too small... like seriously, I could lift pieces like that with ease, nevermind a KNIGHT COMMANDER. It would make more sense if his leg was actually crushed underneath a boulder... also why would he wish for it to be crushed, that doesn't make freeing it easier...
